There are many things I can say about the high quality of service I provide to my home seller and home buyer clients, but probably none would be as credible as testimonials from some of my recent clients themselves.

My family and I were relocating to southwest Virginia from New York, with no connections in the area. I began my home search by placing three calls to three different realtors that I had found on the web. Dana was the first to return my call and over the next year we came to realize just how lucky we were to have found her! Our first encounter with one another was a Saturday from 8am to 8pm. I had sent her a list of houses and because of my inability to travel back and fourth to VA; she managed to get me into all of those houses. After all that, I hit her with the news that we had decided to rent for 9 months. She could not have been more supportive, even going so far as to finding me some rental listings. She let us know that if in the future we needed help finding a house she would be happy to do so but she never pressured us in anyway.
Well sure enough that time came and she did indeed find us the perfect house. But finding us the house was honestly only one small part of what Dana has done for us. Everything I asked of her, and I asked a lot, she made happen. Being that we were new to the area, we looked to her to guide us when it came to choosing a home inspector, a lawyer, a mortgage broker, a contractor, a painter and the list goes on and on. Every time I would come up with another question she not only had the answer, but she would give me more then one option just so I didn’t feel obligated to go with one specific individual. And every person she has recommended speaks as highly of her as I know her to be. We’ve now been in our house for 3 months and I just called her the other day to ask her what her electric bill per month ran her just so I could have a comparison.
My husband and I both work; we have two small children and no family or friends in the area so we relied on Dana for quite a bit. Dana was not only our realtor but she was my first friend in Blacksburg. If you are in need of finding a home, trust me when I say, Dana is the way to go. She is honest, knows her business and is well liked in the community which comes in very handy when needing to get things done.
